Joleen Olson joined the in 2005 and is the Head of Customer Service. If there is any kind of a problem, either Joleen can fix it or knows who can, and she prides herself on the occasional troubleshooting and customer relations she enjoys as part of her job. Getting paid for talking on the phone all day to customers she wants to help--is Joleen's Nirvana.

Joleen was imported from the great state of Wisconsin (Go Packers) and is a fan of the Minnesota Wild and the Twins. She never misses the games from the best seats money can buy--in her living room. She entertains herself with a good murder mystery and relaxation by a lake-ANY lake; as long as the water is warm and the fishing is good.

She has a great sense of humor and always enjoys a laugh or a joke. She enjoys the food contributions that make it around the office. With a philosophy of “TEAMWORK – you’re only as strong as the weakest link”, we are proud to have her as part of the Litin Team.

Emily Allen, Inside Sales Representative

Emily Allen has worked in customer service and inside sales at Litin paper for almost two years. She supports current accounts and prospective new customers along with entering orders and answering phone calls.

Known as the "project girl" if something needs to be done, Emily enjoys working side by side with any facet of sales support. Her work philosophy is Keep busy, help others.

Her family is the most important part of her life and she enjoys the time she spends with them. Her favorite getaway is the north shore in the spring or the fall.

Emily's involved with Litin's charity projects. Litin Paper supports several local organizations that survive on donations. In the past Litin has supported the local food shelf, Courage Center of Minnesota, United Way, Toys for Tots and the Survivors of the 35W Bridge Collapse. Litin believes every little bit helps, and we're proud of our company's continuous effort to make a difference.
